The RHQ Newsletter

If you want to know what the Fusilier family is up to, the RHQ Newsletter is for you.  It catches up with the Regiment at work, rest and play.  What’s more, it covers all parts of the Fusilier Family:  the Battalions, the Association, our Cadets – everyone.

The Newsletter comes out at the beginning of every month.  If you are not already receiving the link to it, email rhq@thefusiliers.org and ask for your email address to be added to the distribution list.  You will start receiving the link to the Newsletter the following month.

The latest monthly Newsletter is below.

Contributions are welcome from anywhere in the Fusilier Family.  Articles should be about 150 words, ideally with a good photo and caption.  Get them to fusiliernews@outlook.com  by the 25th of each month.

MoD Data Breach Q&A
MoD Data Breach Q&A
You will have seen from the media that the Ministry of Defence is aware of a network compromise which potentially puts at risk the personal data of members of the Armed Forces (serving and veterans). RHQ has been asked to cascade the attached Q&A to all personnel but with a particular focus on reaching those that do not have routine access to MODNet or who sit outside of a conventional chain of command, particularly our Veteran community. It is possible that veterans who have left from Jan 2018 onwards, and in receipt of a payment from the MODs payment system may be affected by this potential compromise. Please note that a separate letter will be sent to affected veterans in the coming days.
